Welcome to The Everygirl Edit! Get to know the team behind The Everygirl with a peek at the photos on our personal mood boards, the things dominating our algorithms, and the items currently sitting in our shopping carts.
Meet Cassie:
Hello! Cassie here—I've been the Social Media Manager at The Everygirl for a little over two years now. Day-to-day, you can find me deep in our social planning calendars—from Instagram to Facebook to Pinterest—where I create content, track trends, and transform our editorial pieces into engaging, social-first posts. We’re currently gearing up for summer, which means leaning into everything warm weather has to offer. Think: fresh produce, breezy linens, slow, leisurely moments, and setting your OOO for that long-planned trip.

How did you start working at The Everygirl?:
My path to The Everygirl was anything but linear. Throughout my 20s, I explored a range of industries (it’s what your 20s are for, right?) and despite the variety, communications and marketing was always the anchor for my roles. Before stepping into media, I worked in the art world at an auction house. It was fast-paced, exciting, and cutthroat, but the lack of work-life balance eventually pushed me toward a new direction. That shift led me to media—first with Domino Magazine and now with The Everygirl—where I’ve found the perfect blend of creativity and structure. Not to mention working with all women is as fun as it sounds.

Your Perfect Saturday:
My perfect Saturday would start with sitting on the beach with my sisters and niece, iced coffee and bagels in hand, while my husband and brother-in-law surf. My favorite Saturdays are the ones where I can just putter around with zero plans—whether that’s reading outside, cooking, going to happy hour, visiting my grandma, or just doing whatever I feel like in the moment, completely obligation-free.
Next Travel Destination:
I just got back from Tokyo, so my international travel is done for the year, but I would love to do some weekend road trips out to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree and soak up that desert sun.
Currently:
Listening To: Mahashmashana by Father John Misty
Watching: Dying for Sex on Hulu
Reading: Isola by Allegra Goodman
Fun Hobbies or Side Projects:
My close friends and I have started what we call “Hometown Visits,” à la The Bachelor style. Since we’re all living in different cities, every few weeks we choose a “hometown” to visit. We all meet up in that friend’s city, and they plan a day centered around the best their city has to offer. It’s been a fun way to make sure we regularly see each other while spreading out the hosting duties. When it was my turn, I planned an East LA day full of Mexican food, thrift shopping, and rooftop bars.
Life Hack You’re Loving:
I recently turned off all notifications on my personal phone (except for calls and texts), and it’s been life-changing. When I want the news, health updates, social media alerts, or app notifications, I seek them out intentionally. It’s significantly improved my productivity—not to mention my sanity amidst the constant barrage of breaking news in 2025.
Currently Reading on The Site:
I have a very lofty goal this year: to read four books a month. I'm having a baby in August, so I'm fully leaning into the mindset that I need to read while I can. Our article on highly anticipated spring reads has been my go-to reference this season.
Self-Care You’re Loving:
I’ve started using the Calm app for 10 minutes each morning, and it’s become such a grounding ritual. Working in social media, it’s been a refreshing way to start my day by centering myself—before diving into the feeds and notifications.
Account You’re Loving:
Jordan Santos started @seen.library, a book pop-up and community gathering space based mostly in Los Angeles that I love following. She’s also pregnant, so I’ve been using her style as inspiration for how to showcase my own baby bump!

One Piece of Advice You Think Every Woman Should Hear:
In today’s world of constant notifications and digital distractions, active listening is a superpower. People may not always remember your exact words, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel. If you’re glued to your phone during a conversation, what they’ll remember is that you didn’t care enough to truly listen.
Cheers,
Cassie
