Meet Maddi:
Hey girls! Maddi here - the Account Manager at The Everygirl, coming to you live from my desk in Dallas, TX! On the daily, you will find me touching base, circling back, and following up with brands partnering with both The Everygirl and The Everymom. Working on the sales team, I am the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all brand partnerships are running smoothly. When I'm not knee-deep in emails, you can find me at girl dinners, group fitness classes, or perusing the sale racks! My current hyper fixation is counting down the seconds until Daylight Savings (mark your calendars for 3/9 - helloooo more hours of sunlight ☀️) and manifesting that my spring looks a little something like this:

How did you start working at The Everygirl?:
I consider myself one of the lucky ones and the stars must have aligned because about a year ago when I was in a bit of a career rut and experiencing burnout in my current role, I was on The Everygirl downloading a tech background (as I did every month for years) and purely out of curiosity checked the hiring page. An Account Manager role had been posted on LinkedIn less than an hour before then, and as what I thought was a shot in the dark, I applied! Short story short, I interviewed, landed the role, and the rest is history! My college self who first followed The Everygirl as a source of inspiration, would never believe that her 26-year-old self now works for the company!

Your Perfect Saturday:
A perfect Saturday is spent with my girlfriends! We'll start the morning by grabbing a latte and hitting the trail to walk and recap our weeks. Then we'll head to the mall for the dopamine hit that only buying the perfect pair of jeans can give you. Lastly, we'll split to relax, get ready, and then reconvene for a girl dinner full of martinis, vodka pasta, and rehashing the same story for the 987th time. AKA, what I would call a day (and $$$) well spent!

Life Hack You’re Loving:
I came across the platform called Locker about a year and a half ago, and have been hooked ever since! Essentially it's Pinterest but for online shopping. As you're scrolling your favorite sites, you can use their Chrome extension to save items to your "locker" and organize products into boards to refer to later - Think "Home Decor," "To Buy," or "European Summer Trip" for example! Long are the days of shopping carts full of items and 500 open tabs (👋)! You can also follow friends, share wishlists for birthdays or holidays, and scroll to see what others are saving! And if I haven't sold you yet, it's a female-founded tech start-up, and we love to see women supporting women! 💘
Self-Care You’re Loving:
Group fitness classes! I bounce back and forth between Lagree & HIIT classes. While sometimes I'm cursing ClassPass for their late-cancellation fee (I'd sooner die than pay $17 to not go) I always leave 100% of the time happy that I went!

She makes the best DIML vlogs, has the cutest closet, works for a female-founded start-up, and has the best eye for capturing her life in the city!

One Piece of Advice You Think Every Woman Should Hear:
"Nothing changes if nothing changes," which obviously! BUT - I honestly find myself thinking about it often when I'm in a loop of wishing for or wanting certain things but am taking no steps or actions toward my goals. The only person who is going to make things happen for you is you!
